Through Stillwater Select, our traditional publishing model, we assume the financial risk of publication and invest fully in the books we select. Stillwater Story House provides editorial development, design, production, distribution, and launch support in exchange for publishing rights and a royalty partnership.
We are highly selective and focused on books with strong commercial potential, compelling voice, and clear readership.

Not every writer needs a publisher. Sometimes you simply need expert help from people who understand books, readers, and the realities of publishing.
Stillwater Studio offers professional author services without requiring use of the SSH imprint. You retain full ownership and publish under your own name or company.
Available services include manuscript assessments, editing, formatting, metadata setup, launch strategy, coaching, and marketing consultation.
